Project Manager IV (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; Missouri-based remote position. U.S. work authorization is required.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Manage the full project life cycle, from requirements assessment and planning through execution, deployment, and closure.
• Build project schedules, secure resources, manage budgets, and maintain project documentation, risk plans, issues lists, and action items.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, communicate status to stakeholders and external agencies, and negotiate solutions to resource and delivery issues.
• Oversee project deliverables, including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.
• Lead projects related to population health management, clinical operations, care management, quality improvement, and member health outcomes.
• Support project management methodology development, departmental procedures, and training while performing duties as a lead project manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience with departmental-specific projects.
• Experience leading functional areas, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or supervising staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Healthcare experience; managed care experience is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• PMP certification.
• Population Health Clinical Operations experience.
