Senior Recruiter (Creative & Corporate Recruiting)

Location: West Los Angeles, California, USA; hybrid schedule with in-office work required Monday-Wednesday and remote work available Thursday-Friday

Salary: $120,000-$140,000 per year, plus a possible discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate, creative, marketing, communications, brand, and digital functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies for full-time, freelance, and contract talent, including passive candidates in competitive and niche markets.
• Advise hiring leaders on intake meetings, interview design, candidate calibration, feedback, evaluation criteria, and offer strategy.
• Assess creative portfolios, storytelling, conceptual work, and candidate capabilities for creative roles.
• Use recruiting data, reporting, market insights, and talent intelligence to improve hiring decisions and processes.
• Build talent pipelines, represent the organization externally, and lead recruiting initiatives focused on operational excellence and scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for creative, public relations, corporate communications, digital marketing, brand management, and other corporate roles.
• Experience hiring both full-time employees and freelance or contract talent.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing and talent intelligence tools, and recruiting technologies.
• Strong stakeholder partnership, consultative advising, communication, organization, analytics, and process-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
