Logistics Inventory Specialist (SAP)

What you will do

• Support end-to-end product flows from factory inbound shipments through outbound customer orders.
• Act as the primary contact for inventory-related queries with 3PL partners and support operational performance meetings.
• Own weekly book-to-book stock reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor SAP inbound and outbound IDOC processing, resolve interface errors, and ensure records match physical stock movements.
• Manage technical holds, quality stock processes, stock releases, inventory adjustments, returns, proof of delivery, and uplift activities.
• Support order-to-cash, month-end activities, invoice reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP inventory management and transaction processing.
• Strong experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience investigating SAP IDOC errors, stock discrepancies, and reconciliation issues.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organisation, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence analysing data sets.
• Travel requirement of 0–10%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of customs controls and processes.
• Experience with Power BI or SQL.
