Supply Chain Coordinator (Robotics)

What you will do

• Coordinate the flow of components and materials to support manufacturing and customer delivery.
• Monitor material availability, incoming deliveries, supply risks and potential shortages.
• Work with Buyers and cross-functional teams to align purchase orders and supplier commitments with production requirements.
• Own supplier and component onboarding, including documentation, approvals and ERP/MRP setup.
• Maintain supplier, item, purchase order and inventory data, along with reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Identify process gaps and support scalable improvements across planning, procurement, inventory and manufacturing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, materials planning, manufacturing or operations.
• Experience with ERP, MRP or procurement systems and supplier, purchasing or inventory data.
• Experience onboarding suppliers or setting them up in ERP/MRP or procurement systems.
• Understanding of inventory, material requirements and supply chain processes.
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills with confidence working with data.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, robotics, electronics, automotive or technology environments is highly desirable.
