Logistics Specialist, Inventory & Inbound Operations (Inventory Reconciliation and Automation): Managing inventory integrity, month-end reconciliation, and inbound shipments across Oura’s international logistics network with an accent on multi-warehouse controls, 3PL coordination, and operational visibility. Focus on investigating root-cause discrepancies, designing scalable exception-based processes, and automating reconciliation and inbound performance reporting.

What you will do
- Own inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and operational controls across Oura systems, multiple warehouses, and 3PL partners.
- Manage weekly and month-end inventory reconciliation, documentation, audit trails, and Finance support.
- Oversee inbound shipments from manufacturing release through transportation, delivery, and final system receipt.
- Coordinate with manufacturing partners, freight providers, 3PLs, Finance, Accounting, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Establish KPIs and reporting for inventory accuracy, inbound performance, aged shipments, and exception resolution.
- Identify manual activities and support automation, process mapping, systems improvements, testing, and scalable exception-based controls.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or a similar operational environment.
- Hands-on experience with inventory reconciliation and month-end close processes.
- Experience reconciling inventory across multiple warehouses, fulfilment centres, or 3PL partners.
- Strong understanding of inventory movements, including receipts, shipments, transfers, returns, adjustments, damages, and stock corrections.
- Ability to analyse large operational datasets, investigate discrepancies to root cause, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with international distribution networks, inbound logistics, inventory audits, or financial controls.
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems; NetSuite experience is an advantage.
- Experience developing operational KPIs, performance dashboards, workflow automation, or data tools.
- Experience moving manual file-based workflows toward automated or exception-based controls.
