Market Operations Lead (Fintech)

Location: Argentina; hybrid work

Compensation: $96,000–$144,000 annually plus equity

Builds Uno, a mobile fintech app providing people in emerging markets with a dollar-backed account, card, credit, and everyday payments.

What you will do

• Own one market end to end, using data and user feedback to set priorities and make business decisions.
• Track signups, activation, retention, credit usage, and acquisition costs; query data with SQL and present market performance to leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities across referrals, incentives, lifecycle communications, local channels, and product experiments.
• Specify and launch market-specific product flows, features, incentives, and local-language content with engineering.
• Manage payment rails, card programs, identity-verification providers, distribution partners, and merchant relationships.
• Maintain product health, compliance, KYC and fraud controls, refund decisions, and user trust in the market.

Requirements

• Operational experience in technology, fintech, marketplaces, delivery, or a similar environment.
• Experience owning growth channels, funnels, experiments, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong data skills, including SQL, dashboard analysis, and translating metrics into decisions.
• Daily use of AI tools and a strong bias toward action.
• Fluent Spanish and English; based in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Fintech or payments experience, including regulators, payment rails, wallets, or lending.
• Experience launching products or markets from 0 to 1.
• Experience at Latin American technology operators.
