Technical Operations Business Analyst

Location: On-site in Moscow, Idaho, five days per week. Candidates must currently live locally or be willing to relocate.

Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

What you will do

• Serve as a liaison between Technical Operations and Finance.
• Work with technical teams to understand operational data collection and reporting needs.
• Create dashboards, analyses, and leadership reporting using AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
• Translate technical activity into clear financial and performance information.
• Support vendor management, contract renewals, negotiations, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Improve visibility into technical operations spending and support forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical operations, business operations, data analytics, finance, or a related area.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing business needs, and collaborate with technical and financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience with data, reporting, or dashboards is preferred.
• SQL knowledge and vendor management or procurement experience are preferred.
