Senior Business Operations Specialist

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States, with telecommuting permitted from locations throughout the U.S.

What you will do

• Lead business requirements and solution design sessions with clients, documenting to-be processes and translating business logic into technical platform designs.
• Collect, transform, and analyze enterprise supply chain data, including sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and operational datasets.
• Design complex datasets, configure the o9 platform, and develop technical specifications, workflows, forecasts, operational plans, and performance monitoring systems.
• Apply statistical methods, optimization algorithms, simulations, predictive models, and data visualization to generate business insights.
• Lead or support supply chain planning implementations through requirements gathering, development, UAT/SIT, go-live, cutover, and value realization.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, directors, R&D, IT, and business stakeholders; manage testing, issue resolution, training, deliverables, and post-go-live support.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least two years of experience in the offered role or a related occupation involving supply chain planning solution implementations.
• Experience with statistical, optimization, and simulation tools, including Python, R, and SAS.
• Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SQL Server, MySQL, SQL, MDX, T-SQL, and SSIS for ETL.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for project and sprint management and ServiceNow for incident and problem management.
• Experience with agile enterprise implementations, project management, requirements analysis, user stories, test cases, data mining, and large-scale data processing.
