Vice President, Product Management (EOR)

Location: United States (Remote-First)

Annual gross fixed pay: $242,000–$300,000 plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Partner with the Chief Product Officer to define the EOR growth strategy, portfolio thesis, and investment priorities.
• Translate customer, buyer, market, and competitive insights into strategies that drive acquisition, adoption, expansion, and retention.
• Establish product outcomes across revenue, activation, time-to-value, gross margin, and business performance.
• Define the strategy for applying AI, agentic capabilities, automation, integrations, partnerships, and new distribution models across the platform.
• Align product priorities with Revenue, Partnerships, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering leadership.
• Scale and lead a multi-tiered product organization while engaging enterprise customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, FinTech, Global Mobility, or Global Payroll platforms.
• Several years of executive product leadership at VP level, managing multi-pillar product organizations and senior product leaders.
• Strong experience with product-led growth, revenue expansion, retention, SaaS unit economics, margin expansion, and partner monetization.
• Strategic understanding of AI, agentic systems, automation, and enterprise business transformation.
• Experience working with complex, regulated, multi-jurisdictional SaaS, HR technology, payroll, or compliance-driven enterprise platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; MBA or equivalent executive experience is preferred.
