VP of Product Management (Conversational AI and Digital Servicing)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.

Base salary: $215,000–$311,750 per year, with eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Define the conversational AI strategy and product vision for customer guidance, collaboration, and service resolution.
• Create seamless transitions between AI-powered experiences, digital servicing, live chat, and human advisors.
• Reimagine digital servicing through AI, automation, product design, and improved digital containment.
• Build and manage the roadmap from immediate servicing opportunities to long-term foundational capabilities.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Design, Innovation, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to deliver AI-powered experiences at scale.
• Build a high-performing product organization and lead strategic alignment across senior executives and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience with significant leadership responsibility for consumer digital products.
• Experience defining and launching AI-powered products or platforms, with strong fluency in conversational AI and LLM-based product experiences.
• Strong strategic problem-solving, product judgment, technology fluency, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior executives in large organizations.
• Track record of creating consumer experiences and scaling complex products from concept to execution.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Nice to have

• Strategy consulting experience combined with hands-on product leadership.
• Experience at a leading technology or digitally native company.
• Experience launching conversational AI, generative AI, digital assistant, or AI-enabled servicing products at scale.
• Experience in fintech, wealth management, financial services, or another regulated consumer industry.
