Senior Solutions Architect (Redis) - Germany

Location: Germany; regular travel to customer sites is required.

Base salary: €105,303–€131,253 per year, with potential commission eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Help customers meet technology and business requirements using Redis databases, products, solutions, and services.
• Understand, quantify, and validate customer business needs and use cases.
• Work with architects, developers, PMOs, and C-level stakeholders to deliver successful proofs of concept and pilots.
• Partner with Sales on account strategies, new opportunities, and expansion within existing accounts.
• Present the technology and its business impact to prospective and existing customers.
• Use customer feedback to improve technical materials, best practices, and product direction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of pre-sales engineering experience, ideally in database engineering for enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux.
• Experience with scalable, highly available distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, listening, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
