Renewal Sales Specialist - Italian Speaker

Location: Hybrid in Cork, Ireland, with attendance at the Cork City Office at least three times per week

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end support service contract renewal process and ensure timely, accurate completion.
• Partner with quoting specialists to improve renewal quote quality and accuracy.
• Manage renewal rates, discount governance, and upsell opportunities.
• Engage with partners and customers to understand requirements, communicate service value, and address concerns.
• Coordinate planning calls with account stakeholders and collaborate with sales, pre-sales, customer success, and account management teams.
• Resolve customer and partner inquiries and escalations related to renewals.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
• Experience working in a sales environment.
• Italian fluency at C1 level or above.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Curiosity, proactive behaviour, attention to detail, and an ability to support continuous improvement.
