Associate Renewals Manager (DevOps)

Location: Remote from Ireland or Israel

What you will do

• Maximize customer retention and minimize churn and contraction through phone, video, and email sales activities.
• Execute renewal processes to retain or expand annual recurring revenue.
• Evaluate license usage and complete true-up requirements.
• Understand customer business needs and generate renewal quotes.
• Support Renewals Managers and Account Executives with renewal administration and ensure renewals close on time.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies, customer analytics, purchase orders, and order forms.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles such as SDR, BDR, sales operations, deal desk, customer service, or customer success management.
• Progressive experience with B2B software sales and subscription go-to-market approaches.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Results-oriented, motivated, and driven approach.
• Ability to work remotely from Ireland or Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with technical products, DevOps, software development lifecycles, or application development.
