What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global banking products and solutions.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options and leverage digital tools and technology.
• Resolve customer problems, build loyalty, and grow customer share of wallet.
• Follow banking policies, manage risk, and support accurate branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is typically expected; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer service, prospecting, and sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer-needs analysis, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the hirify.global office in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
