What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide customer service, resolve issues, and develop relationships through appointments, referrals, and follow-up programs.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technologies.
• Refer customers to other bank areas and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with knowledge of banking products and customer-facing technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• One year or more of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of investments, consumer lending, business lending, and deposit products.
• Additional background screening and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
