Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

Location: MD - Salisbury (21801), Tony Tank Branch; in-office position

Base Salary: $41,250.00–$68,750.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing, revenue, and loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Build relationships through ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options using banking technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems, manage risk, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent is typically expected; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, and customer needs.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, digital awareness, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
