Personal Banker (Banking)

Location: In-office at the Manasquan Branch, Manasquan, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $49,500–$82,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions that improve financial wellbeing and increase loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Use ecosystem partnerships and community relationships to acquire, expand, and retain customers.
• Resolve customer problems, manage risk, and follow established policies and procedures.
• Support daily branch operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer service, prospecting, and sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and customer-needs assessment skills.
• Must work in-office at the Manasquan Branch.
