Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States; in-office role

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing and grow revenue.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales conversations, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options and use digital tools, technology, and available resources.
• Resolve customer problems, build loyalty, and expand customers' share of wallet.
• Manage risk and complete branch operations accurately in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the Owings Mills, Maryland office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
• Additional background checks may be required under applicable financial-services regulations.
