Personal Banker (Banking)

Location: In-office at the Georgesville Branch in Columbus, Ohio

Salary: $41,250–$68,750 per year, plus incentive compensation

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global products and solutions that support financial wellbeing.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, teller interactions, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through a differentiated branch experience.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing operational risk.
• Support efficient and accurate completion of daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, experience, or military service may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer service, prospecting, and sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and customer-needs assessment skills.
• Must work in-office at the Columbus, Ohio branch.
