Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

Location: Deptford, New Jersey, United States; in-office at the Deptford Branch

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized financial guidance.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community contacts to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Manage customer issues, branch operations, and risk controls in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer needs, prospecting, and selling.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in-office at the Deptford Branch; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
• Additional background checks may be required under applicable consumer financial protection regulations.
