Account Executive (Manufacturing)

Location: Remote; includes 30% domestic travel around the United States and visits to manufacturing locations.

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 annually, dependent on experience, with an annual performance bonus opportunity.

Designs and manufactures consumer environments, interior signage, and related products through programs managed from concept through completion.

What you will do

• Manage complex customer accounts and coordinate projects from design definition through manufacturing, delivery, installation, and ongoing service.
• Build account growth plans, support new business development, and provide monthly sales forecasts.
• Lead project timelines, procurement, production monitoring, quality improvement, and corrective actions.
• Review value engineering opportunities, manage inventory and cost-of-quality impacts, and drive gross margin improvement.
• Lead and develop project management staff, including coordinators and project managers.
• Coordinate with sales, estimating, purchasing, scheduling, graphics, manufacturing, and customer teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of account management experience in wood or metal manufacturing, interior signage, or consumer environments.
• 10+ years of experience leading and motivating project management teams in a large manufacturing company.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar accounts and large programs from concept through completion.
• Knowledge of architectural or interior design, ERP fundamentals, manufacturing materials and equipment, and interior signage processes.
• Proficiency creating and maintaining spreadsheets with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, coaching, and multi-project management skills.
