Program Enablement Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States

Salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year, plus eligible discretionary bonus targets of 5% cash and 5% restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own enablement plans for Tier 0 and Tier 1 changes, including intake, scope definition, audience planning, sequencing, approvals, publication, and dissemination.
• Coordinate with product, service, relationship management, marketing, technology, and initiative owners to align dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Produce and publish FAQs, talking points, user guides, job aids, video demos, presentations, and recurring communications across established channels.
• Coordinate the weekly RIA Connection cycle, gather and review contributor content, manage deadlines, and escalate gaps.
• Build recurring publications, incorporate Azure DevOps release content, support call campaigns, and manage related Salesforce ticketing and communications.
• Maintain process maps, project status, change calendars, SharePoint archives, and Workboard/OKR entries.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience, preferably in financial services, change enablement, or communications.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables against fixed publication and change-calendar dates.
• Experience drafting business communications and developing content for different audiences.
• Working knowledge of project management practices, including planning, status reporting, and schedule tracking.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, technology, service, and relationship management.
• Employment eligibility is subject to credit, criminal background, drug, and federal E-Verify checks.

Nice to have

• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Adobe, or other content, communication, and work management platforms.
• Familiarity with broker-dealer, RIA, custody, or wealth management operations.
