Production Associate O1 - DPM (Dry Powder Media)

Location: Logan, Utah, United States; onsite, third shift Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.

What you will do

• Manufacture, assemble, test, package, and ship products in the Dry Powder Media Manufacturing department.
• Handle materials and operate equipment according to standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Follow EHS, quality control, GMP, and good documentation requirements.
• Complete required quality and compliance training and report quality or compliance concerns.
• Maintain documentation configuration control and complete non-conforming product and rework documentation.
• Follow requirements for stop orders, concessions, ESD, calibration, preventive maintenance, material identification and segregation, and good documentation practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or local equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow work policies, procedures, schematics, and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
• Ability to frequently climb stairs and ladders, squat, kneel, crouch, reach, and handle small objects.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb unassisted and occasionally move heavier weights with assistance.
• Ability to wear cleanroom gowns, chemical-resistant clothing, and safety glasses or goggles, with the required close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision.

Nice to have

• Two years of related manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
