Production Associate, Fill

What you will do

• Inspect, print, fill, assemble, plug, and seal flexible containers holding IV therapies, premixed drugs, renal therapies, and sterile solutions.
• Operate computerized printers, replace foil and ribbon, and make minor printer adjustments.
• Supply filling stations with printed bags and required assembly materials.
• Perform cleaning activities and scheduled quality checks using gauges and scales, documenting completed work.
• Apply SOPs, cGMP requirements, rigorous quality standards, and 6S principles in a cleanroom environment.
• Report and address safety, quality, mechanical, and process discrepancies.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills, with the ability to understand safety, quality, and work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and complete precise repetitive processes.
• Ability to obtain Inspector Certification; one year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to grasp, push, and pull up to 40 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 12 pounds, and perform standing, walking, squatting, climbing, reaching, balancing, stooping, and crouching.
