Operations Associate II - Front Half Day Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States. Onsite front-half day shift: 5:30 AM–6:00 PM, Thursday–Saturday, with rotating Wednesdays.

What you will do

• Set up production machinery by positioning parts, loading materials, and entering engineering specifications.
• Prepare raw materials and monitor manufacturing process stages while equipment is running.
• Verify material and product quality, identify nonconformities, and complete production batches.
• Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on machinery.
• Complete productivity reports and collaborate with internal resources to resolve production problems.
• Follow department procedures, regulatory requirements, and environmental health and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.
• Ability to read specifications and work instructions and follow them accurately.
• Good communication, teamwork, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on your feet and lift up to 40 pounds.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or relevant work experience.
