Sr. Specialist, Finance

Location: Onsite in Westlake, Texas or Lone Tree, Colorado

Salary: USD $35.77–$48.08 per hour, plus bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Collaborate with business partners across Schwab Asset Management to analyze the financial dynamics of ETFs, mutual funds, and collective investment trusts.
• Manage monthly close activities and interpret financial results for business partners and leaders.
• Lead quarterly forecasts and year-end planning for core products, asset-based vendor costs, and off-platform net new assets.
• Develop and evaluate business cases for potential new product rollouts.
• Manage monthly and quarterly KPI reporting and provide FP&A support for the Schwab Center for Financial Research.
• Improve financial processes and support ad hoc analyses for business and product initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of related finance experience.
• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
• Solid understanding of Schwab’s P&L and proficiency in Excel.
• Proactive, results-focused approach with strong issue-resolution and time-management skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and business-partnering skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Westlake, Texas or Lone Tree, Colorado.
