TL;DR

Location: Fully onsite at 1801 California Street, Denver, Colorado

Salary: $68,000–$100,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

  • Supervise daily transactional and account activity processing across multiple asset and client types.
  • Review and approve securities and cash transactions in the trust accounting system.
  • Monitor quality control, deadlines, documentation, client contact, and escalation handling.
  • Coach, mentor, train, schedule, and evaluate team members, including supporting hiring and performance management.
  • Resolve complex transactions and client issues involving regulatory sensitivity and elevated operational risk.
  • Partner with managers, Sales, Relationship Management, and internal leaders on procedures, process improvements, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent financial services experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, securities processing, or asset servicing.
  • 1–2 years of leadership experience managing a team in a financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of financial services products, compliance requirements, quality control, and complex client interactions.
  • Strong organizational, communication, judgment, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and applicable banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, and Regulation E.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of alternative investment experience.
  • Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) certification.
  • Self Directed IRA Industry Professional (SDIP) certification.
