Collateral Processor Senior - Retail Bank Operations

Location: In-office in Miamisburg, Ohio; Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm EST

Salary: $37,500-$62,500 per year

What you will do

• Execute complex or escalated collateral processing activities, including perfections, continuations, and releases.
• Process loan collateral transactions in accordance with policies, procedures, regulations, and service levels.
• Review transactions and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Route communications and documentation, research inquiries, resolve exceptions, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Prepare reports and responses to ad hoc requests while providing workflow feedback.
• Support the training of new team members and help maintain accurate, efficient operations.

Requirements

• Must work in-office in Miamisburg, Ohio.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge and effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing processes, and work independently.
