Business Intelligence Analyst II

Location: Boca Raton, Florida, with a hybrid work environment; on-site Monday through Thursday and remote optional on Fridays

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze business questions and communicate findings through briefs, presentations, reports, and other formats.
• Conduct impact analyses covering business performance, member experience, and fitness results.
• Develop dashboards, reports, deterministic models, and low-code applications for recurring analytics use cases.
• Collaborate with data engineers to augment datasets with useful metrics and categorizations.
• Create documentation and training for analytics products, data sources, transformations, lineage, and use cases.
• Build and share a knowledge base of data-informed insights for business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, business administration, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience in reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, including subqueries, window and analytic functions, and regular expressions.
• Experience with Python, R, or similar languages.
• Basic understanding of statistics, including sampling and statistical significance.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly, apply appropriate analytical methods, and collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing, maintaining, or developing reporting in Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
• Curiosity about the fitness industry and the ability to explain brand differentiation.
