What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and technology teams to clarify analytical questions, challenge assumptions, and recommend effective approaches.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into measurable questions, hypotheses, KPIs, and analytical plans.
• Explore and validate data to identify trends, anomalies, relationships, and actionable business insights.
• Develop reports, visualizations, dashboards, and custom extracts using BI and data visualization tools.
• Analyze data from multiple sources, understand database relationships, and collaborate on data integrity issues.
• Plan, design, test, deliver, and continuously improve BI solutions while supporting standards and user enablement.

Requirements

• Ability to structure complex or ambiguous business questions into analytical problems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools; Sigma experience is preferred.
• Experience with relational databases and data relationships across multiple systems.
• Experience using AI and emerging analytical tools to solve business problems or accelerate analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
