Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Membership & Deposit Products)

Location: Hybrid, with work locations in Vienna, Virginia; Pensacola, Florida; or Winchester, Virginia, United States

Salary: $96,900–$141,600 annually

What you will do

• Collect, integrate, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends and patterns, and create ongoing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Develop and manage advanced business intelligence and reporting solutions.
• Produce KPI reports, root cause analyses, forecasts, and recommendations for improving operations and evaluating new initiatives.
• Communicate findings and strategy recommendations to stakeholders, senior leaders, and nontechnical audiences.
• Define reporting specifications, respond to ad hoc requests, build stakeholder relationships, and lead small projects.

Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with business intelligence applications, cloud services, reporting platforms, and complex data manipulation across multiple tables.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python and R.
• Strong communication, research, interpersonal, data visualization, and data storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
