Senior Manager, Accounting (PKI-IoT)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; applicants must be U.S. citizens and legally eligible to work in the United States. International relocation and remote work outside the United States are not considered.

What you will do

• Manage month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger integrity.
• Consolidate four operating entities and prepare financial statements and management reporting inputs.
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections, billing, deferred revenue, accounts payable, accruals, fixed assets, prepaids, payroll, and intercompany accounting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, tax reporting, treasury activities, and financial planning and analysis.
• Manage Epicor, Oracle, OneStream, ARM PO, and Avalara systems, including upgrades, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvements.
• Lead accounting migrations, internal control assessments, audit support, business license administration, and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• U.S. citizenship and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
• Experience with accounting systems, preferably Epicor Kinetic Accounting System, and automated reporting or database management.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, project management, analytical, and multitasking skills.
