Senior Accounting Manager

Location: Hybrid schedule with four days per week in office at the Jones Farm, Oregon, or Chandler, Arizona, sites in the United States.

Annual salary: $165,890–$234,200 USD.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop global teams responsible for close, consolidation, management reporting, balance sheet analysis, and cash flow reporting.
• Lead monthly and quarterly consolidated close processes and ensure accurate, complete, and timely deliverables.
• Oversee consolidated financial statements, executive reporting packages, variance explanations, management commentary, and cash flow analysis.
• Partner with External Reporting on SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K, and support external auditor requests.
• Collaborate with Corporate Planning, Treasury Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations, the CFO Office, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve reporting risks and dependencies.
• Drive process improvement, automation, technology, and AI-enabled initiatives that improve reporting quality, controls, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate accounting or financial reporting experience, or 8+ years with a Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing direct or global teams.
• CPA certification, public accounting experience, and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with financial close, global consolidation, management reporting, cash flow reporting, SEC reporting, and Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
• Ability to work four days per week in an hirify.global office in Oregon or Arizona; this position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
