Customer Service Representative

Location: Magna, Utah, United States; onsite

Salary: $18.00–$20.29 per hour

What you will do

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers by phone and, as needed, through chat and email.
• Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops, residences, and other locations.
• Answer and place calls professionally, using company resources to gather information and resolve customer needs.
• Make follow-up calls and maintain a high standard of call quality and professionalism.
• Perform office support functions and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and familiarity with office equipment.
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional overtime as needed.

Nice to have

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role.
• Bilingual skills.
