Non-Technical Dealer Support Representative (Powersports)

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, USA

Salary: $24.00–$28.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime

What you will do

• Communicate with hirify.global dealers to understand their needs and provide guidance across products, systems, and programs.
• Manage dealer contacts with urgency, clarify next steps, and communicate expected resolution timelines.
• Research issues and coordinate problem solving and dispute resolution between dealers and internal teams.
• Use hirify.global systems, tools, and vendor resources to identify solutions and meet internal performance metrics.
• Coach dealership personnel on productivity, profitability, and customer experience.
• Act as a subject matter expert, document processes, and propose improvements to dealer and owner satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of B2B or B2C experience.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, prioritization, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint.
• Powersports or automotive dealership experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft CRM, Showcase, or AS400.
• Experience in powersports or automotive dealerships.
