Digital Sales and Service Representative

Location: Remote from an approved permanent residence in North Carolina, Texas, or Utah. Training is three weeks, Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM MT, with mandatory attendance. Afternoon and evening shifts are expected, including a required weekend shift.

Salary: $15–$21 per hour, plus bonus potential of up to $6 per hour.

What you will do

• Handle two to three customer chats concurrently through the NICE CXOne platform, with approximately 40 chats per eight-hour shift or more.
• Consult customers on the best value for contact-lens purchases and support sales conversion.
• Respond to customer emails and MMS messages as business needs require.
• Request prescriptions from eye-care providers by phone when needed.
• Identify and resolve customer problems while maintaining a positive experience.
• Maintain revenue-per-chat, quality, availability, and timeliness metrics while collaborating with managers and teammates in a virtual environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least two to three years of customer service experience.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute and strong technical proficiency.
• Reliable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• Private, dedicated, interruption-free workspace that supports confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, follow scheduled shifts, and maintain reliable attendance.
