Plant Process Engineer - Groveland

Location: Groveland, Florida, United States; primarily on the manufacturing floor

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 base annually, negotiable based on experience, plus a monthly productivity and profit bonus.

What you will do

• Maintain and improve production processes, equipment, quality, and safety across the plant.
• Develop carts and production tools using 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks and coordinate fabrication with fab shops.
• Coordinate utility requirements and equipment installations with contractors.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machinery.
• Support production lines, operators, product assembly, process testing, and implementation of Engineer Change Notices and Process Change Instructions.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Industrial Engineering, and Plant Management on facility and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Four-year technical degree in electrical, electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related curriculum.
• 0–10 years of experience; internship or co-op experience is preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills, including hands-on electrical experience.
• AutoCAD or similar software experience is required; SolidWorks or comparable 3D modeling experience is relevant.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on product quality and workplace safety.
