Shift Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Metals Plant)

Location: Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania, USA; onsite at a metals plant. The role works the 2nd shift from 2:00–10:30 PM, with rotating shifts and occasional weekend work required.

Salary: $87,300–$116,200 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate plant operations during the assigned shift to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations personnel while reinforcing safety and operating standards.
• Maintain operating logs and production records, and communicate updates to operations leadership.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security, and other teams; initiate equipment repair and preventive maintenance requests.
• Respond to abnormal operating conditions and initiate emergency procedures to protect personnel, the facility, and the community.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and environmental and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience as a supervisor or lead in metals or industrial operations.
• Working knowledge of plant equipment, processes, and operating procedures.
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to make independent decisions, resolve workplace issues, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Ability to work in industrial conditions involving heat, dust, noise, and vibration.
