What you will do

• Lead Lean transformation initiatives to improve flow, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
• Plan, facilitate, and follow up on Kaizen events delivering measurable and sustainable results.
• Own improvement projects end to end, defining timelines, outcomes, and business impact.
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and build momentum for continuous improvement.
• Track, analyze, and communicate operational improvements, cost savings, and performance gains.
• Develop and deliver training to strengthen Lean capabilities across the site.

Requirements

• Experience leading projects or initiatives with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work independently, drive results, and influence teams without formal authority.
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification, or willingness to obtain a Black Belt within 15 months.
