Early Career | Growth Strategy Analyst (2027)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Hybrid working requires attendance in the office or at a client site at least 2 days per week, with assignments requiring up to 5 days per week on a client site.

Salary: $94,500–$104,475 per year

What you will do

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support client recommendations.
• Analyze customer, market, financial, and business data to identify growth opportunities.
• Support strategic recommendations and business cases using evidence-based hypotheses.
• Participate in interviews, workshops, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
• Create clear presentations and deliverables for internal and client audiences.
• Contribute to project teams and firm initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected by Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027, or a recently completed equivalent non-traditional pathway.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, disciplines, and seniority levels.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Chicago office or client sites at least 2 days per week.
