Strategic Consultant

Location: Remote-first; must be authorized to work full-time in the United States and work within the Pacific or Mountain Timezone.

Salary: $106,400–$113,000 annually, with potential additional compensation through stock options, bonuses, merit increases, or sales commissions.

What you will do

• Lead complex strategic enablement engagements for large and fast-growing customers.
• Upgrade recruiting workflows, system configurations, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Conduct account and workflow audits and provide detailed recommendations.
• Build documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting engagements and processes.
• Oversee multiple professional services projects and partner with customers to facilitate recommended changes.
• Support change management, customer education, and product advocacy.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of hirify.global Recruiting.
• Project management experience and at least 3 years advising on talent-related functions.
• Experience building internal programs and improving processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strategic and thoughtful approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and adapt to change.
• Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work and exploring their application to recruiting processes.
