Residential House Manager

Salary: Starting wage of $52,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage assigned residential and/or day programs.
• Combine direct care responsibilities with supervisory and program management duties.
• Manage personnel processes, including orientation and ongoing staff training.
• Develop individual goals and plans and oversee program implementation.
• Coordinate medical, financial, maintenance, and operational aspects of the programs.
• Be available for on-call coverage, including weekends and irregular hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field preferred.
• At least one year of full-time direct experience supporting people with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• At least two years of management experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Strong decision-making, time management, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Successful background clearance required during onboarding.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving and transporting people served is part of the role. Some locations may also require a personal vehicle and auto liability insurance.
