Salary: $50,000–$80,000 per year, plus bonuses

What you will do

• Develop strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations, quality standards, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and overall financial performance.
• Hire, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build stakeholder relationships, track key performance indicators, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in a general management role in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, operations management, and process improvement.
• Experience with strategic planning and long-term business growth initiatives.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and management information systems.
