Leadership Development Program

Location: Onsite at the Evergreen Park facility, Illinois

Salary: $55,000–$80,000 annually, with annual bonus potential based on performance

What you will do

• Rotate through customer service, sales, operations, and financial performance functions to develop Car Care Center leadership skills.
• Manage daily operations, including payroll, expenses, inventory, staffing, financial performance, and shop efficiency.
• Monitor sales and financial results and implement action plans to achieve profitability goals.
• Recruit, schedule, coach, develop, and manage employees while maintaining productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Partner with area and regional leadership on hiring, compensation, promotions, performance management, and terminations.
• Resolve customer concerns, identify additional needs, and enforce workplace safety and compliance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least two years of leadership experience, including managing direct reports and delivering face-to-face customer service.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including performance analysis, risk assessment, and business decision-making.
• Ability to lead teams, build partnerships, communicate effectively, and achieve results through collaboration and accountability.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry automotive parts and equipment weighing up to approximately 80 pounds, and work on foot for the full shift in a potentially hot, noisy shop environment.
