Salary: $50,000–$80,000 per year, including salary and bonuses

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.
• Oversee daily store operations, efficient processes, and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Analyze market and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive compliance, continuous improvement, stakeholder relationships, and community representation.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a management role, preferably in retail or service.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, operations management, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in team building and performance management.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and business software, with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
