Senior Product Manager (XDR) - Security Solutions

Location: United States; remote-first environment with flexible locations and schedules for many roles.

Salary: $155,700–$201,900 USD base salary per year. In select locations, including Seattle, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area, the range is $185,600–$237,200 USD per year.

What you will do

• Own a core area of the hirify.global XDR roadmap from requirements through delivery and iteration.
• Drive detection, correlation, incident-building, and response capabilities across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network environments.
• Expand telemetry and integrations using hirify.global data and third-party EDR, cloud, identity, and network sources.
• Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management, including exploitability- and reachability-based prioritization and remediation workflows.
• Translate customer feedback and threat research into product requirements and represent the product in conversations with senior security stakeholders.
• Ensure capabilities work across cloud, on-premises, and fully air-gapped deployment models while tracking competition and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in security-related technical product management, competitive analysis, or technical marketing, including at least 3 years in a related product development or technical field.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, incident response, or digital forensics, with the ability to discuss detection engineering, correlation, and response credibly.
• Experience with heterogeneous third-party data, telemetry, integrations, security analytics, and the current cyber threat landscape.
• Technical credibility, strong requirements-writing skills, and enough architectural understanding to assess feasibility and scope.
• Ability to work with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success and communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• A BS or MS degree in engineering, computer science, or information security is required.

Nice to have

• Practitioner experience as a SOC analyst, detection engineer, or incident responder.
• Familiarity with AI security and attacks against AI, ML, and agentic systems.
• Experience using AI tooling for research, synthesis, and product delivery.
