Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Analytics (Healthcare)

Location: USA - Any Location (Remote). Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 base salary annually, plus performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and full product lifecycle for client reporting and data delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, Client Management, and Customer Success.
• Manage the backlog, prioritize feature requests, and create user stories and technical requirements.
• Develop scalable standard, configurable, self-service, and custom reporting solutions for enterprise clients.
• Lead client discussions about reporting capabilities and upcoming enhancements.
• Partner with Data teams to trace, validate, reconcile, and analyze data across multiple source systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or data and analytics products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of data, analytics, data visualization, data models, source systems, file formats, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience delivering B2B healthcare or population-health reporting for enterprise clients.
• Experience with healthcare data such as claims, clinical, or third-party data, and with demonstrating client value or ROI.
• Experience with AI tools, Tableau, Cognos, or similar business intelligence platforms, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• SQL skills and a metrics-driven approach.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework, Human Centered Design, or Lean UX.
• Experience balancing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Passion for storytelling with data.
