Senior Manager IT Procurement

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States; hybrid work with a required minimum number of onsite days.

Salary: $144,000–$198,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Create and lead IT procurement category strategies, sourcing pipelines, and short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
• Lead supplier selection, risk assessment, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management for strategic suppliers.
• Coordinate multiple sourcing initiatives across business groups and provide progress updates to senior leadership and internal partners.
• Track savings and incremental value from sourcing activities.
• Use supplier capabilities and market developments to support innovation and technology optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or Business Management.
• At least 8 years of category management experience in multinational organizations.
• Experience sourcing Information Technology, particularly Software and SaaS.
• Strong people, stakeholder, project management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Master Service Agreements, SaaS and software license agreements, Statements of Work, amendments, and NDAs.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience working in multicultural and matrix environments.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes, supply markets, suppliers, products, pricing models, licensing models, and contract terms.
