Senior Manager Global Procurement- Advanced Therapies

Location: Rensselaer, New York, United States; on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Salary: $126,300–$206,100 annually

What you will do

• Define and implement global Contract Manufacturing Organization category strategies.
• Align category priorities with Procurement management and business partners.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and partner engagement for packaging and CMO categories.
• Deliver cost savings, cash-flow improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead category activities in compliance with GxPs and applicable regulations.
• Use data and market knowledge to guide procurement decisions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of progressive procurement experience, including experience in pharma, biopharma, or science-related organizations.
• Experience managing professional employees responsible for category management, where applicable.
• Experience with supplier management, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work on-site in Rensselaer, New York, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of sourcing and contracting tools, ERP systems, and eRFx platforms such as Oracle, Zycus, or Ariba.
