Manufacturing Technician II (All Shifts)

Location: Austin, TX; onsite at the Burnet facility. Multiple shift options are available: 1st shift Monday–Friday, 2nd shift, 3-2-2-3 dayshift, and 3-2-2-3 nightshift.

What you will do

• Disassemble, assemble, and troubleshoot canisters and containers in a hazardous chemical environment.
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures while identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, quality, and safety teams to meet production goals.
• Identify solutions to manufacturing problems and share improvement ideas with the team.
• Work safely and effectively under changing conditions and production pressure.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; mechanical or technical experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Previous experience handling hazardous chemicals is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office; SAP and PLC experience are advantageous.
• Ability to lift or move up to 51 lb daily, wear required PPE, handle highly hazardous materials, and obtain respirator certification.
